Whenever I receive one of these Washington state calls I simply block that phone number. I never get it again after I block the number. I just blocked my 2nd one today. So far: 360-529-6981 & 360-474-3936) They don't really bother me that much. As soon as I get it I block that specific number. I can keep blocking them as long as they keep changing the number. If millions of us do this maybe something will be done to prevent it or it will become cost-prohibitive for whoever they are. I have Comcast. I simply press *60 and then the phone number and wham!! it's done.
The Do Not Call list is nothing but a POS. [***] overpaid federal govt mofos, can't do a damn thing about shutting down this kind of crap other than securing their paycheck and retirement.

Glad to know that your strategy works and that you do not get bothered by the same callers. No amount of FCC complaints and/or ATT complaints have worked for me.
