Got several including today on both mine and my wife's cell. We do not answer and there is no message left. We are on DO NOT CALL REGISTERY.

I've been getting calls from this # for weeks on my cell phone. I always reject the call. They never leave a message. One thing i've always heard about spam emails and this might apply to spam phone calls also is never click on a link to have yourself removed from their list. It doesn't remove you and just confirms that they are sending emails to a working email address.
