I do not have an unlimited plan on my cell phone, so it gets annoying. Ny cell is on the DNC list, but they do it anyway.
Just got a call from this number, but didn't recognize it so I ignored it. When I googled the number I saw this post & I called it back to see what happened. It was the number for Political Opinions of America. I have no idea how they got my personal cell number! However, if you do get a call from them, I would advise you to ignore it, but call back the number a few minutes later. The recording gives you the option to "press 1" and you will be removed from the phone list.
No it's not a democratic scam. They offer a free cruise after taking the survey, all you do is pay taxes and port fees. It's a scam alright but not what you think..
I just had this number call me at work. No message was left. I am on the Do Not Call Registry list. If the registry doesn't work for these calls they need to tell us.
