Second call this week from same area code -- different number.  Am beyond annoyed by these increasingly frequent calls considering I have been on the do not call list for years.  I normally just let it ring or pick up and immediately hang up.....  Still doesn't deter them from continuing to call,

I pressed 1 He answered "Card Services" As soon as I asked what company he worked for he hung up.I like to air horn. I am getting one.

Use a canned air horn like the ones used on fishing boats.  They will then know you are annoyed.
