I called the number back and some [***] answered.. I asked when they would stop calling me he hung up. I then hit the redial on 22 phone lines we have and put them all on hold... :)
Actually, Do Not Call works very well if you have an issue with a real company/phone number. These phone numbers are spoofed, so the number on the caller ID is fake and not connected to the caller. There is absolutely nothing that can be done unless you take matters into your own hands; air horn, talk with them and play along, etc. I just pressed 1 to talk to someone and spewed the most disgusting obscenities at the lady who picked up. Perhaps the people who work there will get sick of the harassment from us if everyone gives it right back to them.
800 number..I pick up/hang up immediately ( get these calls everyday about 'lowering my interest rate") Literally 10 seconnds later, I get a cal from this number. SOOOOO annoying!!
