WARNING--BEWARE!! These callers are B I G credit card criminals, known as the card service scammers! Under NO circumstances, give these lowlifes your credit card number, or you will regret it forever!
Called about lowering my interest rate on my credit account. I humored the call and pressed one to speak to someone. A woman with a Chinese accent answered and I said I had received the automated call. I asked what about this was reference to. She asked if I had a capital one account or visa or something. I told her I wasn't comfortable giving out any information unless she could tell me specifically what account this was in regards to. That's when she hung up. I knew it was a scam from the beginning but wanted to see their ploy.
