I just had a call saying I defaulted on a loan which I haven't and that I had a court date in Colorado, could not tell me when or where just it was on Wed. First of all if I was being sued I would be served with papers not from a phone call from some one you can't even understand. How do we report these phones call?
I got the same message as you did on my cell phone and at work saying that i'm a suspect in a case!! and this is the name of the office "Al Anderson First State Attorney Service" and this is the number 360-515-2985 .
They have called about 6 times 3 times today and my wife talked to them and said we didn't own them any money but they said to check the bank and they had all our info even her social and im pissed. I talked to them the 3rd time they called and told the guy it was [***] and he said we would have to go to court cause they were a law firm so i said fine let our lawyers handle it cause its [***] and he said here talk to manager and he put a guy on that sounded just like him but didn't give a name just asked to talk to my wife and i said no you guys are full of it and we are not falling for it he said have a nice day. They were hindu and they were trying to get us on one of those pay day loans that we never did ever.
