Get your revenge-call the [***] back, but use *67-360-515-3882 (caller i.d. will say "unknown number" on his end) and tell the sucker to "go ahead and refill the prescription". Best to call at 3AM! Also tell him what you think of his mama...
I am too getting calls from 1-360-515-3882. I have received 50 in the last month. I have never answered, because I do not recognize the number. I called my mobile service and they said they cant block calls--I have to change my number that I have had for over ten years for these pricks. I think the police should do something useful and raid the home of the brats that are doing this.
Below is all you need to know about 360-515-3882, and how to act on it.
We've been put on some sort of automatic dialer system for 360-515-3882 for months now... most of the time there will be pick up and you just hear clicking as the imbecile on the other end is snoozing or can't figure the software out. When I have someone actually speak to me, they always ask for a Mister so-and-so, even though no man lives in our household. I request to be taken off the call list, to be placed on their do-not-call list, and they say they won't call again. Then the next night we get another call. They've called us on average 5 times per week. When we ask to speak with a supervisor or complain with vigour (never has any expletive or insult been levied against the callers), they always mumble and hang-up. They're probably white-collar gimps scared to lose their minimum wage call-center jobs.
I've reached out into the investigations industry, and we've found the number listed to "ITL in Seattle WA Zip 98119-4012". The carrier is International Telcom WA, in Olympia. I'm not sure of the discrepancy with a 360 area code and a Seattle address - but this IS a telecommunications company, and the calls we've been getting have been soliciting Long distance packages - so with number portability anything is possible given they're in the business.
My private eye buddy pointed out that International Telcom Ltd is listed in the secretary of state listings for Washington State, here:
The Chief Operating Officer in Washington State is Yvette Melendez.
You can call them at 206-479-5000, press 4 to get to the company directory and then 8 to dial by last name... you can get to Ms. Melendez's office from here to let her know what you think. Alternately you could try 1 or 3 for customer service or carrier relations respectively.
You can also reach Yvette at these addresses and phone numbers:
http://www.whitepages.com/search/FindPerson?e ... ocaltime=survey
(206) 479-7500 and (206) 722-1500
Note how the "I.T.L." business address lists to the same address:
Even if 360-515-3882 is not a business line for International Telcom Ltd, if is definitely a number for which they are a carrier, and thus they should be held accountable for rectifying the situation.
Refrain from expletives and threats, but apply firm and steady pressure in a business professional manner until your situation is resolved.
1) You answer & no one is there: hit ###### many times in rapid succession (creates an even-spaced beep) and hang up; Machine may interpret that your number is bad and take you off the list.
2) You answer & get a sales pitch: say "please hold" and set the phone down till they hang up; If you always waste their time like this, they'd be stupid not to take you off the list.
this is the customer support phone number that they gave me the last time i complained 8007826517. i called and explained the situation and was told they would remove me and i have not received another call since then. good luck.
