Who called from 3605249780

They call me day and night looking for someone else's name. There's no option to press, saying I'm not that person.
Is this a scam or what?

I was called from this number about 10 minutes ago, and when I answered, a computer said hello and hung up.

I answered and immediately got put on hold. How rude.

They called my phone looking for someone else and when I told them they did not live with me the got VERY RUDE and told me they were going toget ahold of that person and tell them how rude I was to them and I threw the person they were looking for under the bus. WTH?

Nine calls to my cell in Feb from this number, also from the same prefixes:

360-524-9712 = 4 calls in Feb
360-524-9771 = 4 calls in Feb

No idea who they are but they never leave messages.  I answered once but the line clicked and hung up.  Have had trouble in the past in collectors calling me because my name is similar to someone else. Can't tell how much time I've had to spend doing someone's job for them by having to confirm I'm not the person they're looking for.  Very frustrating!
