Who called from 3605290935

I keep getting repeated phone calls without any identity.

Virtually impassible to get anyone if you call that number.   This might be Receivable Performance Management (RPM) but there's no way of telling.

This number has called me twice today and I want it to stop.They should be held accountable for these harassing calls

Read on another site this is a collection agency for Dish Network. Funny thing I have never had Dish so wrong number. BLOCKED!!

First they call, then you call back, then you ask who they are, then they ask who are you, then the say they are reliable securities. Then they transfer you 3 times and speak terrible English. I think it's a scam. Collectors don't do this.
