Who called from 3605296136

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They insist that they do not initiate illegal telemarketing calls, however they are involved in managing the calling lists for their "3rd party contractors" who make the telemarketing calls.

these scumbags have a dozen or more numbers that they call from even though I am on the so-called "do-not-call" list. As far as I'm concerned, that list is worthless. I have called back and asked to be removed, asked for a supervisor, etc.etc so lately I just shout into the phone at highest decibel level to make their day!! If I ever find a number within my home radius, I will personally picket outside their door and I am a 75 year old woman but dammit, I've had it with their intrusion on my privacy. Besides, I pay for incoming calls on my cell phone and they've started using that number also. Last month $6.30 was added to my bill from these calls even though I didn;t answer and they left a message.

Here we go guys with a new number you have to block for Card Services again with your last chance to lower your Interest Rates---These people are unfricken believable. I reported to DNC for all the good it'll do!!!!

I am keep on getting calls from this number "3605296136'

I got tired of them so I hit 1 and talked to a guy. I asked him what the name of his company was
and he said: "card member services" There is such a company but it may not be them. Anyway on
their web site I couldn't find a telephone number or address which is a bad sign.
