The best you can do is call your States Attorney General and report the caller for spamming your cell #. Almost every State has laws prohibiting cell phone telemarketing. Maybe Washington State allows the practice.
I am retired, so I do have time to talk. I type 1 and then try to keep the person on the line as long as possible by asking stupid questions. As they get more and more frustrated, I finely tell them that I am in no way interested, but I enjoyed wasting their time…..Try it, it can be fun…..
What could be more annoying? This is dastardly and should be stopped.
I am on the no call list and they are violating my rights in a very cowardly way.
