On my phone, if i add this number to my contacts, and then go to edit this contact, I can check "send caller directly to voicemail".  So when they do call my phone does not ring and they go directly to my voicemail.  Of course they never leave a voicemail so I am not bothered by them at all.

Called my phone.  DD Comp showed on caller ID.  I'm registered with DNC list and only talk with whom I choose.

Keep getting calls from this number.  I am on the DNC  list.
