These phone banks that make unsolicited calls need to be fined. You can ask them not to call, hang-up and still they call. Enough already. What good is the no call list? Please do something. Thank you.
this number calls me 6 to 8 times a day.my husband threatened them with a law suit and told them they would be working for him. the last time they called i ask them where they got my name and number. one said from humana ins. one said from medicare. i told them i did not believe medicare would do that because that would be against the privacy laws maybe even the hippa rule. the following two days no calls. then yesterday june 9 started all over again. my husband ask to speak to a supervisor but was not allowed.i am diabetic.
I have tracked down the company that provides them phone server. It used to be called Qwest Comm but is now called Century Link. They have a call annoyance hot line but technically its for their own customers. Here is their phone number:

I suggest everyone call this number as many times as you get called so they start realizing they need to stop service for this telemarketing company. They would not provide me with any account information on the phone number and they refused to take my complaint because I was not a CenturyLink customer.
I would not be so mad if it wasn't for the fact that I am on the national no call list since 2003 and they provide a service to remove your phone number yet they still don't. If they would actually stop calling then I would stop annoying their carrier.
These people have been calling me on and off for over a year. I have yelled, screamed and asked for them not to call. When I asked for a supervisor they hung up on me. Has anyone gotten any relief to this harrassment?
