I get annoyed when I read comments like yours mentioning The "Do Not Call" registry. Don't you know they are also a scam company? Once you provide them with a name, phone number, and address they sell it to a list companies. I know this for a fact when I gave them the name of a family deceased family member - up until that time, mail and calls weren't coming in for them. Then about a month later we were bombarded with calls and junk mail. Your phone company, bank, gas and electric all do the same thing. It's fine and dandy for celebrities and government officials not to be harassed by phone or mail solicitation but not the general public. In NY our governor and state rep give speeches about putting a stop to these calls, then they turn around and use your private telephone numbers to solicit for votes! I even got calls from the Mayor of NYC's office - and I don't live in the city. The best advice is to NOT pick up them phone for these companies. After awhile the calls stop. If you stop picking up the calls these companies will be out of business.
They have called our house from several different numbers. They ask for me and I say this is, and they want to give a free diabetic device and ask for my insurance information. I tell them I have no insurance and I'm not old enough for medicare so they ask for my boyfriend who has had a a stroke, and I tell them no they can't talk to him. If they are a legit they wouldn't need any information they should already have it. Please stop calling. You are way past annoying. Just got another call, second one in ten minutes. REALLY GET A LIFE AND LEAVE ME ALONE.
got a call from 360-529-6145 a few minutes ago and I don't know anyone with that area code so I didn;t answer it and they didn't leave a message. They have called before and are trying to sell diabetic supplys and I am not a diabetic. I am on the do not call list but that doesn't do any good. I will just put a block on this number which is a big pain.
