Just received a call from this number left no message but shows on caller ID as Olympia, WA. I've pick-ed up before and no answer but you can tell someone is on the line. Tried to block but for some reason the block would not go through.
Clever trick. Hmm, identified as "winner". Those who may have entered a contest might answer and get sucked in. I chose to check the no. first. Thanks for all the comments. I will put Winner on my list of calls not to answer, along with 123-456-7890 and 000-000-0000. Give me a break! CID doesnt stop these annoying calls.
Dead giveaway that this is a scam is "WINNER" on caller ID.

I see everyone writing about the do not call list, which I am on.
Either it no longer exists, or the scammers are better and faster than the list, because I get at least two calls per day trying to sell me something or phishing.
I don't answer them, and they go to voicemail or answering machine.
These are like junkmail, and if you answer they have a sucker.
Don't try to explain the do not call list, because they don't care.
It is not considered rude to hang up on someone who is trying to steal from you or trick you in some way!
