I am suppose to have a block through my phone service to keep unwanted / unidentified callers from calling. Not sure how these guys are getting through but it cannot be legal. Please report my complaint to whomever can assist in making these callers stop.

Shows up "winner" on caller id, called the number back, it was a message and there was an option to be put on their dnc list. I think the option was 1. First time I got a call with "winner" as the caller id.
Received another call from these people even though we are on the Do Not Call List. Their messages left on the answering machine begin, "The FBI reports home break-ins every 15 seconds." They want to put a sign in the yard advertising their services and we would receive a "free" alarm system. What they don't mention at the time is the monthly fee and the 2-year contract. The Caller ID says "Olympia,WA." We receive other calls from that area with the same recordings, but a different phone number.
