I got several calls, but they never leave messages

they claim to be "direct access", when they responded after numerous harrassing hang up calls, said they were from Alec, something about Americans  legislators exemplifying corruption or something. make them stop their harrassment!

Called Sat. 9:10am  5/26/2012, caller ID  Hamilton Family7. They left no msg. I blocked the #.

multiple calls - today from 360-529-6963 - filled out FCC form - number being called is on do not call list

How do we make these dipwads hurt?What will make it worse for them to call than to not call? Got ideas? Share please.
