360-529-6199 is a computer making automated marketing calls. When a person answer the call the computer forwards the call to a telemarketer. It may take a few seconds to forward the call to the telemarketer. If you call the number back you get an answering message asking you to press "1" if you want to be removed from the list. The message then says to allow 24 hours to remove your number. I assume the other numbers work the same way. I only checked this one because is the one that kept on calling me.
I am receiving calls from this number on my cell phone and home phone. He says it is a home security company and they are very persistent until I say that I rent! The calls stopped for a long time then started again yesterday.
Supposedly is PACIFICTEL wanting to install free Home Protection System in exchange for a sign. He would not listen and is not letting you speak; could be a computer program. I kept on saying NO several times and hung up. Now you know that they still call...
