Who called from 3605296199

Did not pick up. Obvious scammer.

I receive phone calls from this number four or five times a day and it's really getting on my nerves. My caller ID says it's from WA,USA. I live in Georgia. I just want these calls to stop!

I have had several calls over the past few months from this number and other numbers very close to it.

This number called many times, never left a message.  No calls for several weeks, and then calls from 503-457-1274 started this week.  Perhaps the same scammer?
