Telemarketer. Smartphone Apps like Mr. Number and PhoneTell and some phone settings will allow you to block these kinds or any kind of phone number for both calls and texts. They also allow you to choose whether to send blocked calls to voicemail or to pick-up and hang up. Either way, your phone doesn't even ring, but the call log shows a record if you need proof for harassment charges against someone.
I got a call on my cell phone from this number AND this one: 360-640-8582. It's the same spammers with the ship's horn and then some sort of sales pitch. Aaarrgghh!
