I keep getting cell phone calls from this number.  I do not want unsolicited calls from this number.

CALLER HUNG UP WHEN I BITCHED HIM OUT. NOT A COLLECTION CALL, I DON'T OWE ANY MONEY. HE WAS A TELEMARKETER.

Everybody - just give random 16 digit numbers and fake expiration dates - I do it all the time.  It takes little time on your part and it really confuses junk callers and costs them time and money.  The fact that it satisfies them so much is the part that's really funny.
