foreign lady, can't understand a word of what she is saying has called my number 50+ times in the last two months. had to block the number! phone scam! do not give any info!!!

I get calls from this number quite often. The name I'm getting through Google Voice is incomprehensible, and the caller hasn't left a voice message, ever. I came here hoping to find out who or what they might be...
Ever since I signed up for Google Voice I've become a target for numerous Spam and Scam calls. How do I change that? This last number 360-587-4190 is one of many!
This phone # called me 360-587-1490 and wanted to know if they were speaking with me and I said yes and then they read off my address and wanted to know if this was correct. I asked what this was regarding and the guy said he can't release this information until I verify that he has the right person. I told him that he did have the right person and he said that he will lose his job if he goes any further. I informed him that he will not get any information from me then. STUPID [***]!!!
I also have been receiving multiple calls from this phone number 360-587-4190. It also shows up as "Skykomish, WA" on my caller ID, but a message is never left. Sounds like a scam. Relieved to see others listed with same issue. I hope they get caught.
