they keep calling me and I don't answer and then they leave a voicemail message with strange background noises that I can't figure out, once was people taking, the other was some kind of music...

keep getting calls of people in background and then hang up like they lost service..

Received a call May 31st at 10:27am. I answered to no reply on the other end, but could hear someone or something at the other end not speaking. I was conected to this # for 5 or 6 seconds.

On August 8, received call, rang answered and they humg up.and hung up

This is a college referral service. Answer the call and tell them you're not interested and the calls should stop.
