Another stinking, low life fraud, offering to reduce credit card interest rates. What they really want is your SSN so they can engage in identity theft. The number 360-633-9031 is suspected to be another phony, fraudulent computer generated number, however, this may be the same company that uses phony telephone numbers from all over the U.S., even though their call center may be in Florida. They even call frequently on Sundays. It figures that these godless devils and criminals would not be in church on Sunday. Do not ever give any of these people your SSN, credit card numbers or any other personal data over the phone. The best source to get reduced interest on your credit cards is the bank that currently holds your credit cards. Call them! Use the words please and thank you. Banks that charge 13.99% or higher when the Federal Reserve interest rate had been close to zero for five years are greedy criminals themselves. Tell them you want to close the accounts and are going to another bank that offers significantly lower interest rates. They will bs you, but stand firm.
What would happen if EVERYONE they called gave them a fake SSN, fake CC#, their calls would be useless, they would be buried with info and not know what was real and what was not. VISA and MasterCard would be after them for attempting to use fraudulent CC data. VISA and Mastercard would shut them down faster the than government ever would.
