I, too, received the same call on 8/3/12.  Did not leave a message.  Who is calling and what do they want from us?  

They just wasted another minute of my cell phone minute and money.

Why shower them with return calls, they are very happy to receive your calls.  This is how they stay in business.  Please, if you have any info from this call again, please let everyone know.  What is it do they want from the public?>Why?

Please let me know, how are going to do this?  They kept calling you and leave no messages.  When you call them back, they do not respond.  IF you complained to the Attornies General and receive a payment or rewards, please do let the publics know.

so, if you are on the DO NOT call list. These type of calls will keep you in their database, they will just use another phone  and phone number and try to call you again.  

I noitced that if you go to a bank and request an info for assistance, then within a week or two weeks you will be getting some calls from the Unknowns.

You are correct, I noticed that too, all you have to give is your zipcode, they will automatically know where are you and your phone contact.
