Same as Fredo - called office, I answered, was robo-call, "you have not..." and that's as far as I let them get before hanging up. No way will I ever press anything some scammer robo-call tells me to. I knew it was going to be a junk call by the name and the area code (360 is notorious for scammers).
We host a VoIP service and see thousands of calls through our service every month, and we have records going back for 5 years of all calls through our service, and over the past 5 years we have only had 3 calls with the CallerID of "RL2SERVICES CO " come through (none of the other suggestions you said were found), and they were all in March and April of 2013. All the other calls that come in from this outfit don't display any obvious CallerID (usually shown as Unknown), so I'd say it's a waste of time to try and block them by CallerID. What needs to be done is a list of all known telemarketer numbers needs to be made available from 800 Notes (or some other source) so they can be fed into the system (such as our VoIP) to block all these calls before they even ring once. Looking them up after they call isn't helping the majority of people who use this service/website. We actively add known numbers (some from this system, some from calls that get through) so all our users on our system are protected from these calls from happening in the future. Our users are very happy with the decrease in telemarketer and spam calls they receive once they are on our VoIP network, not to mention the reduced costs from their local Telco.
P.S. I'd be happy to share our telemarketer database if there are other VoIP providers out there who would do the same. We could setup an online reporting system to add numbers or request removal from the DB (for authorized users), and then do online lookups automatically when calls come in on each call, or download the complete list daily or hourly so an online lookup doesn't need to be done each time for each call to prevent any delay connecting the call and reduce traffic as the check would be done locally (like how our system works now). I will monitor this thread for responses to see if there is any interest in this.
