its really sad that people fall for these cams. i got a call from my mothers so frantic saying that she owed the IRS back taxes on her house that has been exempt from taxes for the last 17 years with the city we live in. she thought it was real i had to calm her down. she normally doesnt answer the phone when she doesnt recognize the number on the ID but they left this recorded message that scared her. i wish there was some sort of repercussions for these people but like everything else in this country, the scammers will go free while the good citizens fo the USA get trampled over by our government.

Caller left a message on 1st stating IRS is suing me. Called today said samething ..i hungup called back same male with a thick accent asking for my info i said you called me what do you want, I hungup on the slick one.
I actually had a second call from them today I. Which an Indian accented male offered to pay me for sexual favors. He said it was clear I was low on money and he would be willing to help me out. I confronted them and made it clear I was aware they where a scam. I completed the complaint form for the treasury department, I also spoke to my local police department.
