Who called from 3606676095

Recording with Scammer saying he is with treasury and is coming  if you don't send money. Caller id just shows Battle Creek,WA

Got a message that I needed to appear before a federal tax authority.. blah blah.. How did they get my number

Basically a threat if I didn't return the call. Received the call on my cell phone.

Same message keep on change no to call after block no. Then another no. Call.

Called as the U.S. Treasury... Answers like that too... It's a scam...  they asked how I can help... I replied that they called me... Had wrong name...  don't give then any info...
