The caller (basically) said: My name is Dennis Gray. This call is concerning an enforcement action executed by the US Treasury. Ignoring this will be an intentional event to avoid initial appearance before a Magistrate judge or grand jury for criminal events. My number is 360-667-6095, then he repeats number. I'd like you to help us, help you.
Foreign accent (obviously learned English from UK instructor). Said that I am under federal investigation and must respond to avoid being arrested. This is the voice of an international criminal who will likely (hopefully) spend many years in federal prison.
Same as above, however the first time he called several months ago, his name was Steve Martin. This time, I thought he said his name was Dennis Quaid....lol!
