Repeated calls from this number to my Google Voice number, caller left a completely unintelligible voice mail message one time.  I think it was in Spanish or Portuguese or Italian or something like one of those.  If they'd tried English, like what's on my outgoing voice mail announcement, then maybe we'd be communicating, instead of me reporting them for 5 harassing calls in a row, and then blocking them forever.
