CID shows Marysville, WA. YES they are scamming. The IRS NEVER EVER calls you. I called them back twice to make sure they said IRS. 1st time they said "IRS how can i help you?" I said you called me. They hung up. 2nd time they said "IRS how can i help you?" I told them they were scammers and the IRS NEVER calls people and they better never ever call me again or i will report them to the local police and GET A REAL JOB have a great day & CLICK!! Normally i'm not a hateful person when answering the phone but there is only so many times a person can get scamming phone calls.

Call came in from 360.722.5408 & they left a vm - it's a pre-recorded message that says the IRS is filing a lawsuit against us for back taxes and to call them back at the same #
I just got the call as well.. and as mentioned above, the IRS doesn't call you. SCAM. Reported to https://www.usa.gov/stop-scams-frauds, and https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#&panel1-1.
