I receive call and tell me I will loose my home to forclouser and it will be auction. I own home fully paid. I have also received calls about Obama. when I hear that word I hang up. When I call back a recorded message answer, press 1 if no more calls wanted. Ha Ha. They call back.
We got a call from 3607225910 and the recording drove us into a panic. They said we were in default and about to go into receivership on our home. Both total lies. My brother, furious, Googled the number and we read your post herein. People supporting us emailed ImpactSettlement with very strong messages to cease and desist. A gentlemen from Impact Settlement just called us today and said that they are aware of the threatening recordings and that the number does Google back to them, but they swore up and down they had nothing to do with it. I believe them and feel sorry for Impact. Apparently, the perpetrators are loan sharps with an agenda, who are trying to scare the hell out of people to talk them into predatory loans. They may even be criminals. Next time you get a call telling you you’re in default – listen to the message, get the contact info, and contact them and setup a meeting. Bring the police and your attorney with you. The personal injury settlement alone could be in enormous. Happy Hunting… P.S. Lay off of Impact. They are victims in this too who were probably fingered by some loser who doesn’t like being told to pay his debts.
I received a call, did not recognize the number, so let it go to voice mail. 360-722-5910 was what showed on ID and this guy said he was in the loan work out department --with no company name given-- and was calling about my "property". He then proceeded to give this 714-882-5075 as the number to call him back. Oh, and he said his name was Edward Burns. Chase ALWAYS identifies themselves so this was not Chase but some sort of SCAMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please persue this investigation as I understand from looking this up online this is a very much repeat offender!!!!!!!!!!!! This same number has called over and over again over the last month or so at varying times of day or evening but usually they do not leave a message. Please have them cease and desist!!! Thank you.
We received a call from 360 722 5310 this morning that our house was in default and foreclosure procedings were taking place and push 1 to talk to someone to save our home. Our house is paid off, in full and has been for years. It is Sunday morning. How dare them do this. I left a message on their vm that I was pursuing legal action against them for harassment. Someone join me on this, too. This must be part of obama's vigilante thugs and czars going after decent law abiding citizens. We're not union so that explains it.
I too received the call with the same loan default message which I knew was not true but it still paniced me. I pressed 1 and immediately got a busy tone. You can not call the number back either. I would like to know who is responsible for this.
