VM stating "there is a (garbled) against your name. Please call.." I called back, man with Indian accent said he was from internal Revenue Service and wanted my name to resolve the issue...that I didn't have much time left" Then i googled the number - appears to be a scam
Rec'd a voice mail stating a petition has been filed against my name for tax fraud - a final notice... blah blah blah... The IRS will never call you.. they will mail any requests. This is a SCAM
They are people you Cant even understand claiming to work for the IRS and that you will go to jail if you don't pay the money and they transfer you to another person that doesn't speak english either. I hung up on them and they called back immediately. He said his name was James Morris and gave me an ID code of RP1601
