Yep, got the same prerecorded message about being sued by the IRS on June 11, before there were any entries for this number. Figured it was a scam, and forgot about it until I went back to delete old voice mails. Double checked, and sure enough this person has been busy auto-dialing a ton of people. Always be suspicious of weird and/or unexpected phone calls from strange numbers.
