I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. This one called my cell phone and didn't leave a message. I looked the number up and it was:

Had a call from this number, asking for a relative who has a completely different phone number. I usually don't pick up but lately I do so I can block the number and report it on everyones behalf. Seems to be a spate of these every so many months, spam and all that telemarketing garbage. Of course I told them they had the wrong number, and asked my relative if they had any ideas. They didn't so I phoned back and a different scammer/ person answered, called themselves "financial management systems", and asked if I was (my relative), but I simply hung up. Blocked of course.
I've read reports that other people are getting Verizon, telemarketers, other known names of companies, and that this is scam so BEWARE.
I got a call from this number today. And it was a female who told me to hold on and then after I waited a few seconds (thinking maybe it was a doctor's office calling to send me an appt reminder) the girl said "I'm sorry I have the wrong number" I laughed a little (in a friendly way) and said "ok bye" she said bye back. I was paranoid it was a girl my boyfriend maybe was messing around with and maybe she seen my number on his phone n called it to be nosey. But after looking up the number and seeing everyone's comments I feel better now. Just kind of upset that it made me feel this way and have suspicions for no reason.
