I just received the same kind of call. They didn't say they were IRS, only that a warrant had been issued for my arrest. I have gotten these kinds of calls before and have reported them. It always has something to do with them wanting Money. What a bunch of Bottom Feeders !!
A variation of the IRS scam. A "lady" left a message to inform me ---without mentioning my name-- that I have been sued by the IRS urging me to contact them immediately.
I do not understand how these individuals are able to sleep at night. Surely the 8th Amendment should not apply to these scoundrels.
Scam is trying to say I owe ...saying I will lose everything. .... I told them I was in the sheriff dept and call was recorded. To explain to the deputy why I owe. They hung up.
