I also received this call, and almost fell for it because I am a graduate student who has applied for Federal grants. If you were a victim of this fraud, please go to ic3.gov and report it. Even if they did not actually scam you or get your money, please report it so they will be stopped!!!
Call on 8/20/15 from unknown name at this number. They left a message that they were the IRS and were going to start a lawsuit against me. IRS would mail information - not call. Complete scam...
Left a message on my voicemail stating that the call was from the IRS & they would be filing a lawsuit against me if I didn't contact them immediately.
