They don't leave a message. When I answered following many calls, "Matt" said he's from ECS (or something like that) and quickly says "for the Washington State Patrol". It's a scam "charity". I told him that they keep calling and to quit. He said OK. I won't hold my breath.

Called multiple times over the last several days. I didn't answer the calls and no message was left by caller.
