I received a call from a different number telling me to call 360-851-4719 because "IRS was filing lawsuit" and I needed to contact them immediately at the 360 number. When I tried to call it, the recording said my call did not go through and hung up. Neither the recording on my phone nor the recording on the 360 number sounded like an actual IRS message. Has Anyone else gotten a message like this?

I received a call from a different number which left an electronically recorded message on my recorder telling me to call 360-851-4719 because "the IRS was filing lawsuit and I needed to contact them immediately at the number indicated." I did not try to call the number as the recording did not sound like an authentic message from the IRS.
I got the same call. I don't think the IRS contacts individuals in this manner. I think its a scam also. I tried to call the IRS but could not get through. Has anyone gotten through to the IRS?
I listened to the message a couple of times, and noticed the script was not written in standard North American English phrasing. Figured IRS knows how to compose instructions because they write so many. Decided it was worth looking on line to check the number's validity, and found these other messages.
