Got a call from this group - Intl Children N was what caller ID showed.  I answered cause I wasn't at my desk and didn't see was it an idiot call.  I told them they had just guaranteed the charity would never get a penny because they called me. Told them to remove my number and never ever call again.  
Why can't we get the law changed to INCLUDE charities and survey takers????????????
