They are a company that sells OSHA posters that are required to be posted in the workplace by law. What they don't tell you is that the posters are free from the OHSA website.
Same ol same for months. Has anyone attempted legal action against this company ? If so, please describe the outcome. I'm very close to going postal on these [***], I have DNC on all my lines yet they seem to ignore it. Perhaps I will look to the DNC provider for assistance in legal recourse. Perhaps a class action suit could be brought.
I just called them and gave them our phone numbers and was informed that they would remove them from their database. I will see if they really do, as we get calls from them daily.
