I have gotten 4 calls from these people today about a "grant" that I applied for.

This number left voicemail that it was the IRS and they were filing suit against me and I needed to call it back. Needless to say, I did not. I figured the IRS would not leave a robocall message if they were really filing suit against me

Same here. But first it rang & stopped at our message but immediately called back with IRS message.  I too know IRS only sends snail mail, maybe a bill for estimated unpaid tax.  They don't "file a suit", it's an audit, not a crime.

Long pause, then said she was Alexandra from Allied First Bank. I hung up. I don't do business with a bank of that name.
