09/04/2015 I have received 3 calls from this recorded message in a row, one right after the other and it states: please call 960-967-4323 about this file...WHY do I keep getting these scam calls when I'm on the do not call list and these calls are against the law, where is the penalty to them for annoying people...this is a clear case of violating one's privacy!
