Who called from 3609754219

this number calls me 2-3 times a day.  When I answer it, a recorded message says "good-bye".  When I try to call it they say this number cannot be completed as dialed.  This is driving me nuts!!  Anyone else get these calls?

This is a  collectin agency trying to collect a debt.

this number called number of times asking for someone in the house and then will not say what he or she is calling about, and they call early in the morning and on weekend.
