Recorded message from a machine (American male voice) including an 800 callback number, requesting information to help collect a debt.  Very strangely the first part of the message said to delete it if it was not for me, so that's what I did.  I also blocked their number 360-975-7920 to prevent them calling again or leaving any more weird messages.
