These people keep calling. There is never a live voice or recording. I either get dead air or music playing. Not wasting my cell phone minutes on hold when they don't have the decency to say anything when you answer.
This is a debt collection agency. They are particularly nasty. There first tactic is calling and directly putting the call on music on hold. Next they
hang up. This goes on for a month or so. Then they actually answer after the hold and ask for the debtor. When you ask who's calling they start belittling you saying things like why do you need to know who's calling and acting like they are under attack when your simply asking who's asking for the debtor they're asking for and then yelling and arguing with you before hanging up without talking to the person who they are looking for. Put simply they are unprofessional and rude and have no business with people's personal information.
