These people keep calling. There is never a live voice or recording. I either get dead air or music playing. Not wasting my cell phone minutes on hold when they don't have the decency to say anything when you answer.
The folks at this number play a recording that says something like do not hang up a representative will pick up the phone shortly. Then I wait a minute and another message says something like we're kind of busy now but don't hang up because we plan to put a human on the line as soon as possible. At that point I was tired of waiting and said to myself, if you REALLY wanted to talk to me you would have had a human place the call instead of an impersonal machine, and being that the same impersonal machine had called yesterday with as little to say then as today, I decided that if they are going to make this a routine I am going to call it harassment and block the number. Then I said to myself, hey, two calls in two days, no human involved here, this is a routine, it is harassment, bye bye R2D2, blocked the number.
These "people" have called for two months finally called them back after being hung up on 5 times I find out they are trying to find my ex . .. we've been divorced for over a year and his debts are his. I informed the " supervisor" today if they call again I am going to my lawyer! When I sat on hold and waited when they called instead of saying hello I hear.... I'm so sick of this sh*t ..... so even their employees employees feel like we do!
I have NO Idea who is at the other end of this phone call ... They have called me everyday for the last 5 days in a row; yesterday I finally answered and all I heard was 'Elevator Music'. I don't have a single credit card or any other kind of Financial agreement, (No Debts or Loans) so if they are a collection agency they have now been BLOCKED!
