Like I care what I did "Hi, this is Elizabeth with the resort rewards program"  Click.  It is the same boice for Emily, Sarah and everyone else.  Next she would have said that I have stayed at their resort before and therefore would get a free stay at wherever.  Hanging up is not a crime.  She called me without my permission.  I last trips have been at small Inns in Europe so she is lying.  This was my cell phone.
