Who called from 3852077050

Called our home 4 times on a Sunday evening {09/15/2013}; when answered -- we don't have caller ID or "Screening" -- phone line "beeps" then call is ended.  No one speaks.  How do I report this to "The Authorities"?

Called my cell.  I do not answer number I do not recognize on my cell.

I WAS A COLLECTOR FOR MAYN YEARS. THEY CAN NOT USE JAIL, ARREST, AND OR COURT.
YOU NEED TO TAPE THEM AND CALL YOUR ATTORNEY GENERAL.

385-207-7050 with CID name "UTAH"  called at 7:55PM last night.  My telephone management software blocked the call because it was after hours. Note that others report that this call originated from a company called:  surveysampling.com so if you don't want to hear from these folks, I suggest blocking calls from 385-207-xxxx and also 801-823-20xx
